Q1.) HAJRE ASWAD KO CHOOMNE SE KYA MILTA HE? AUR KYON CHUMTE HE?

Sabhi Imam aur Nabi ne isko chuma he, woh choomkar isme barkat dete he. Aur hum usko choom kar woh barkat hasil karte he.
Q2.) IF PROPHET MOHAMMAD (S.A.W.) COULD NOT READ OR WRITE, WHY DID ANGLE JIBRAEEL TELL HIM TO READ?
To reveal the fact to world that Prophet s.a.w.w. cannot read & write. Hence he cannot forge Quran, the literature masterpiece. So this literacy status of Prophet s.a.w.w. is testimony that Quran is Devine book.
Above happened in Medina in the initial stage of Prophet s.a.w.w. career. At later stage in Mecca, several Quranic verses were revealed, notable is Sura Nisa, verse 113 - in it Allah categorically declared now Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w. is bestowed with ALL knowledge (of course with exception of those faculties of knowledge which are prerogative of only Allah, e.g. knowledge about time and date of Qayamat, etc). After revelation of Sura Nisa: 113 Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w. knows how to read and write not only Arabic but also all languages of whole world of humans and non-humans. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Sunni's and Ithna Asheri's (Refer book 'Imam Mahdi A.S.' by Ithna Asheri Ayatullah Sadruddin Sadar sahib) firmly believe that Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w. was illiterate throughout his life. However, Fatimi Dâwat believe as per above discussion. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
We prove us and disprove them from their own book -
Sahih Bukhari: (a) 3:114, (b) 59:717, (c) 70:573, (d) 92:468. Sahi Muslim book: 13 - 4014, 4015 & 4016.
Above citations from Bukhari & Muslim says: (on his death bed) "Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w. asked for pen and tablet so he can write (will) so people may not go astray."
So you see, their own book is evidence of correctness of our contention that at later stage of Mohammed s.a.w.w. life he became literate, indeed more literate and knowledgeable than all. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Some paradoxes in above context:
1) Our Nabi (saws) was an unlettered man - The famous undisputed tradition (hadith), "Ana madinat ul ilm wa Aliun babu ha."
2) Our nabi sardare Ambia - Adam a.s. got the ilm from Allah, therefore the very best aalim and our Nabi who leads him in prayer at Laylatul Mairaj; an unlettered man?! Remember in islam fazilat is for aalim not for unlettered persons.
3) A famous tradition"seek knowledge even if you have to go to china.
The Prophet s.a.w.w. who himself was unlettered (as thought by many) could not say such thing because whatever he said of good deeds he practiced it himself.
Q3.) WHO KNOW WORLD'S MOST OR ALL LANGUAGES AND DIALECTS?
Mustaqar Imam of all ages/periods knows all languages and all dialects, of past, present and future.
There is difference between language and dialect (tongue), former is limited in number and latter is uncountable. Quran is only in Arabic language, and not in each and every dialect (tongue) spoken every where = this verifiable fact is mismatch with Allah's statement in verse above!
So, is Allah making false statement? No. Then what this verse mean? It means, Fatimi Imams a.s in every era are "speaking Quran".
[Source: Statement made by Mola Ali a.s. and also the Quran verse says: "Zalikal kitaab laraybafeeh...." which means that (Fatimi Imams) are rightful flawless book.]
Hence Imam can speak not only all languages but also all tongue (dialects).
Q4.) WHAT IS THE RELEVANCE OF MISAAQ AND WHAT IS ITS HISTORY AND SIGNIFICANCE?
Misaaq or covenant is practiced by every civilised society and organisation. Basically it is an oath of allegiance to the particular organisation or society which you are joining that you will obey their rules and regulations. Every member of an organisation signs a declaration that he will abide by the rules. So is the case with Islam and Misaaq there in which the joining youth is made aware of his responsibilities of being a muslim. He gives an oath that he will abide by the rules of Islam which of course are framed by none other than Allah almighty He is required to give an oath that he will only do good deeds avoide sins and observe the seven pillars of islam. This meesaq is in the name of Allah and for Imam uz Zaman not for the Dai Mutlaq. Misaaq is given of his or her own free will without any coercion what so ever.
Meesaq is an oath of allegiance to imam uz zaman and considered compulsory practice once a boy or girl get into their puberty. Ealiar meesaq was taken from duaat for Imam a.s. and after daur-e-satr its from all the mumineen to Imam by Dai-ul-mutalq or his representative. One can find the reference in book 'Zahirul mani' by second dai. With the time their are number of changes in original text of Meisaaq coded by by 51st and 52nd. Reformist give Misaaq to Imam uz zaman.
Death happens when mumin soul and body separates. Then starts the life after death.
Quran in several verses categorically says hell and heaven are two at two farthest end. The core (centre underneath) of earth is hell, physical world, is at this end of universe and at another extreme end of universe is heaven (spiritual world, not material).
One dies over earth, soul cannot travel on its own to heaven otherwise the soul of non - believers too would travel into heaven and ultimately both believer and non believer ends up in paradise - that is not possible. So soul cannot go on its own into paradise.
Soul of Imam is a super power rocket that can carry soul of mumineen into paradise. Who can board this rocket? Those who have tendered their allegiance (misaaq) to Imam.
Non mumineen soul and body mixes and remains over earth and per their deeds they descend into different level of earth core (hell). - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Analogy of misaaq: before misaaq mumin is like a piece of coal, black and not-hot. Misaaq is like a small fire over that coal kindled at age of puberty. Now his/her parents should gently fan that fire so as time passes the small kindle turnd into big flame during life and when it dies - the black colour turns into white. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
After giving misaaq to Imam uz Zaman, parents throw feast/party to celebrate the occasion.
Misaaq is like connecting oneself with spiritual world.
Engineer Asger over mic has always opposed misaaq, what does he writes in his book is curious and interesting serendipity:
Book Name: Ismaili aqaid per eik nazar Author: Engineer Asghar Ali Page 60: Missionaries of Fatimi Imam took ‘misaaq’ (oath) before recruiting anyone to teach their secret knowledge. Article of faith was part of this misaaq, since long time it is in practice, even before the dawn of Fatimi caliphate, at least from 7th Imam Mohammad bin Ismail a.s. Engineer is contending that Misaaq is not a new concept invented 200-400 years back, but it is in practice at least since year 190 AH.
Page 71: Text of Misaaq - Reference from Syyedna Jaffer bin Mansoor Al Yemen a.q. - Quran discusses its verses hidden and esoteric meaning which is directly related to Misaaq. Praises bestowed on those who honour their misaaq or otherwise. After this discussion he explains the importance of tendering misaaq and honouring it.
Page 74 & 75 - Discussed different prophets and their Imams of their era - that they all practiced and used misaaq.
Page 76: Syyedna Jaffer bin Mansoor al Yemen says the tradition of misaaq was revived/practiced by Mola Ali a.s. Prophet s.a.w.w. took misaaq for Ali a.s. on the ground of Ghadeer. Progeny of Mola Ali a.s. used the misaaq to call people towards Allah.
Page 78: Students became spiritually clean by tendering misaaq.
Page 114: Book Taweel-ud-Daim: At time when you tender misaaq to Imam-uz-zaman then your state is akin to a new born, who is free from all sins.

Q5.) WHAT IS THE MORAL LEARNT FROM THE EPISODE OF KARBALA?
Karbala (sacrfices of 2nd Fatimi Imam Hussain a.s.) was intended to teach clear, categorical and easy two lessons to those who seek to learn (correct version of) Islam. Part 1 of 2:
1. System (approach) -
[i.] Almost all of the then Muslims in world and all scholars have given their Islamic oath of allegiance to caliph Yazeed. He was appointed caliph by Mawiya, same way like Hazrat Omar was appointed caliph by Hz. Abu Bakr. Mawiya in turn was the self declared caliph like Hazrat Abu Bakr, and both were supported by majority of Muslims. So their SYSTEM of REPRESENTING Islam = religious decision/dogmas originated from public in support of their super-imposed caliphate. [Note: none of top six Sunni's books of traditions says: Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w. appointed or authorised 1, 2 & 3 or Mawiya as authority or representative of Islam after him.]
[ii.] System that Imam Hussain a.s. represent = Allah appoints Mohamed s.a.w.w., Ali a.s., and all Fatimi Imams.
[iii.] In Karbala - both above systems, as stated in [i.] and [ii.] above are in holy war with each other.
Even those who are mouthpiece of Sunni ideology as human being from the ground of humanity concludes: Yazeed was tyrant and Hussain was oppressed. Even non-Islamic intellectuals too concludes same.
[Note: Allah's wrath is over tyrant and his eternal mercy is with oppressed.]
[iv.] Hence, one of the important message Karbala teaches us is: System of Imam Hussain i.e. Allah's appointed representative of Islam is correct system (approach). Religious decision/dogmas originating from Public is always wrong. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Karbala taught 1: Rightful Religious head will only be appointed by Allah or by those who are authorised by Allah = Prophet, Ali, first Imam Hasan, Hussain and progeny of Fatimi Imams a.s. and rightful Dai's.
Karbala taught 2: Self appointed religious leaders are conman, though supported by majority or big numbers of Muslims = 1, 2, 3, Mawiya, Yazeed, Marja, Ayatollah, and alike.
Karbala taught 3: System of getting traditions from one person appointed by Allah i.e. Imam, is the only corruption-proof system of learning Prophet traditions = Daimul Islam and alike books are the only right system to learn correct traditions of Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w.
Karbala taught 4: Dogmas / traditions originated from public and colledted in books like Osool-i-Kafi, Sahih Bukhari, Sahi Muslim, etc are all marred with systematic corruption.
Summary of above: Imam Hussain a.s. and Yazeed both represent a 'system or approach'. Difference is: former is Godly appointed latter is self appointed. If Hussain a.s. was right then so does the 'system' which he represent = religious leaders have to be Godly appointed not self appointed. Fatimi Dāwat system = leaders are Godly appointed. Rest all system = self appointed.
Messages learnt from Karbala - Part 2 of 2. Allah commanded prostrate to Adam, on this religious issue -
(1) Iblees formed his 'personal opinion' on this religious matter dictated by Allah.
(2) Derived his own personal conclusion which he believed to be correct.
(3) Desire/force others to follow their personal whims and fancies. As Iblees challenged that he will pursue all humans to follow his course.
[Q] Sin committed by Yazeed? [A] e.g. Allah's Messenger Mohammad PBUH prohibited Alcohol consumption.
Yazeed like Iblees formed personal opinion on this religious matter and concluded Alcohol to be Halal and desired it to be inducted into Islamic shariyat. And believed himself to be correct.
Remember the then all scholars, ulemas, and almost all Muslims in world have pledged their religious allegiance to Yazeed.
There are hundreds of sects in world of Islam, each consider themselves as rightful and others as otherwise.
The martyrdom of 2nd Fatimi Imam Hussain a.s. teaches us: Allah's servant approach = Only Allah's command will prevails. In religious matter no personal opinions, no whims and fancies are permitted, where else Yazeed represented opposite of above.
So martyrdom of 2nd Fatimi Imam Hussain a.s. teaches us that all those sects whose self-appointed religious leaders practices giving personal opinions on religious matters are party to system similar like that of Yazeed and Iblees.
The structure of Dawoodi Bohras maslaq is: here personal rai (personal opinions - rai aur qiyas) are not permitted, do as Allah directs = system like that practiced by Imam Hussain a.s.
Where else others, their Molvi's, Mufti's, Marza's and Ayatullah's - they all give personal opinions in matter of religion, consider it to be correct and desire/force others to follow their personal opinions = all sects except Bohras.
Summary of #2 above: Muslims means the ardent followers of the commands of Allah. His decisions cannot be improved and are the best. Hence, Muslims or no one can give personal opinions in the matter of religion.
The sin of Iblees and Yazeed was forging personal opinions (rai aur qiyas). Hussainiyat = Fatimi Dawat, no room for personal opinions in matter of religion. Yazeediyat or Ibleesiyat = Issuing 'Fatwaas', 'rai' and 'qiyaas' based on personal opinions.
Q6.) IDDAT- CORRECT DOGMAS AND INCORRECT INNOVATIONS
“Take what Prophet gives, and don’t transgress when Prophet stops.” Quranic commands are brief; their details are explained by Prophet. So we have to understand Quran in the light of Prophet’s explanation.
Sura Bakra, verse 234: “Widow should hold herself and wait for completion of 4months and 10 nights.” Widow should hold herself from what? Answer comes from Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w.:
[1.] The mourning (sogwari) period of 4months 10 nights is ‘farz’ compulsory.
[2.] In this period she should hold herself from: ornaments, henna, body-beauty cosmetics, and entertainments.
[3.] Hold herself inside her house and do not go out.
[4.] Hold herself from wearing colorful outfits, though black color is permitted.
[5.] Pass the night in same house where she stayed in morning.
[6.] Marrying with another man during this period is prohibited; even proposing is ‘haraam’ indeed.
[7.] In only severe emergency can get out of house but only after mid night and before early morning. Stay there till next midnight and return back home same way.
The general rule is: Widow cannot get out of her house during the day time.
If in sever emergencies, she is required to get out during the working hours then she can get out after zawāl of sun but should return before evening. Else, as described above, she can get out after mid night but before early morning, and return home in same fashion.
[8.] Can perform Haj during the course of Iddat.
[9.] Iddat is compulsory (farz) for all widows irrespective of their age, irrespective of her ever doing or not doing intercourse with her late spouse, and irrespective of her being within or crossed the age of menstrual cycles.
[10.] If widow is pregnant then post child delivery; should complete the period of Iddat. If delivery doesn’t happen within 4month 10 nights time, then she should extend the Iddat till the delivery. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Iddat doesn’t break because of all below –
[1.] Small innocent boy going near to widow.
[2.] Looking at sky.
[3.] Checking in mirror, if required.
[4.] It is incorrect -
[A] to force widow to sit in only one corner of house,
[B] forcing her to not to do her house chores,
[C] forcing her not to work per her acumen,
[D] stopping any pregnant women to meet the widow,
[E] forcing the mat, carpet and curtain to be only of color white,
[F] not allowing widow to speak behind veil in case of sever emergencies,
[G] not permitting widow to see the face of her deceased husband.
Above  to  points are all anti-Islamic.
Holding period of 4 months and 10 nights as prescribed by Quran is the state of mourning, widow must not pursue any type of entertainments including watching television, which is medium of entertainment.
Imam Jaffer Sadik a.s. has said, “No one can alter even an iota of the Shariyat-a-Mohammadi.” If Imam Sadik a.s. himself cannot alter anything in Shariyat then we commoner - where do we stand as authority seeking changes in shariyat for Iddat per our own convenience!!!
The commands of Quran are brief, its details were given by Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w and his progeny.
E.g. Quran says, exercise Namaz, but don't give its details. We get details from Prophet. Likewise is for Iddat, Quran says, about iddat observe count of 4months and 10 nights, its details we have to take from Mohammad s.a.w.w.
Waiting Period (IDDAT) The Word “IDDAT” appears in the Quran in Many Places and has been used in the sense of number, counting. However, the Verses which deal directly with the injunction relating to the obligations and rights of widowed women,do not the use the word “Iddat” but use the word “YATARABBASANA” meaning ‘shall Wait’ or shall restraing themsleves’ the Aayat regarding the word are: "Wal Lazeena yutawaffawna minkum wa yazarooma azwaajan YATARABBASANA be anfuse hinna arbaata ash-horin. Fa izaa balaghana ajala hunna fa laa junaaha aalaykum fee maa faalna fee anfuse hinna bil maaroof wallaaho be maa taamaloona khabber" (Surah Al-Baqarah A.234)
Any any of you die and leave widows behind such widows shall KEEP THEMSLEVES WAITING FOR 4 MONTH AND 10 DAYS. When they have completed their term, there is no blame on you for what they do to themselves and in lawful manner. And Allah is aware of what you do.
Iddat of Death Since Iddat is injunction (Meaning: an order of a law that says something must be done or must not be done) of Quran it is obligatory upon all Muslim women to observe it irrespective of whether they are young or old.
The period of term of 4 Months and 10 days is fixed by the Quran.it begin from the date the husband dies. In case the husband dies away from home, the period commences from the day the news of death is received by the wife.
The Iddat should normally be observed in the house of the deceased husband. However the widow may choose to observe it in some other house such as that of her parents, grandparents or brother.
The Iddat should serves the purpose of a cooling off period during which the widow has the opportunity to decide whether to continue living as as widow or to remarry after Iddat. It is also helpful in determining if there is a pregnancy.
During the Iddat the widow has to conduct herself so that her honor and prestige are not tarnished in any way and in order to achieve this aim certain restrictions as directed and approved by our prophet and the Our Fatimid Imams are imposed as :
1. Since the widow is in mourning she should stay at home and devote more of her time in reciting and understanding Quran, offering prayers for her deceased husband and looking after the home and the children, if any. She is permitted to go our if is ABSOLUTELY VERY NECESSARY. However in such a case, she must not stay away from home after nightfall and on no account should she spend the night elsewhere.
2. She should keep away from men other than her blood relatives.
3. She must not wear colorful dresses, but cloth herself in white as it is simple, less attractive and well suited to her situation.it may be mentioned that the dress in Haj or Umarah is also required to be white and even the shroud of a deceased person has to be white. However, it is permissible for the widow to wear black cloth, if she prefers.
If the husband instructs his wife either verbally through his will not to observe Iddat after his death, such instructions should be disregarded since they are against the Quranic Injunction. Those who obey these instructions will in fact be committing sin.
The apperent reasons for the observance of Iddat, so fat we know from our fiqh book Da’aim ul Islam , are mouring for the deceased husband, determination of pregnancy, if any, and opportunity for the widow to reflect upon her future plans in life. Besides these, ther might be other reasons which are known only to Allah SWT.
Q7.) ZIYARAT (VISITING) OF GRAVE
It is narrated in our book "Daem ul Islam that Rasolullah (saws) allowed graves to be visited and said they will remind you of the hereafter.
It is narrated on the authority of Imam Baqir(AS)that Maulatuna Fatema (AS) used to visit the grave of janab Hamza(AS) and stand by it.She also used to visit the graves of martyres accompanied by women.(Pillars of Islam Vol.1 page 297. I would like to suggest that members should read a book by Dr.Taher Qadri on Tawassul. It is in english and can be downloaded from his web site.
Important reference: the passage on page 371 of Pillars of Islam Vol. 1.
Salwāt is rebounding prayer, you send Salam on Prophet PBUH and in return Prophet send Salam on sender.
What does Salwāt mean: "O' Allah send blessing on Mohammad s.a.w.w. and his family." He too in return pray same for us (the sender of darood).
But! Mohamed PBUH is dead, isn't he? ALL are praying and seeking same in return from a dead man?!!! Yes indeed.
So a dead person does listen to billions of humans at same and can pray likewise for billions at same time, throughout time.
Quran says in many verses, the martyrs are not dead, they are alive and receive their sustenance from Allah. Though you will not understand.
All, irrespective of sects, say their Kalima as, "... Ash'hado anna Mohammdan abdahu wa Rasulahu..." It translates to: Mohammad s.a.w.w. is the Prophet.
Notice the word "is", all says: Mohammad is the messenger. They don't say, Mohammad WAS the messenger.
"Is" - used for present tense. "Was" - used for past tense.
"Is" is used for a currently alive person.
All above can be summed up in a couplet by Sheikh Sadiq Ali Sahib:
Qabro me jeevta che Bari (Allah) na auliya. De ihne jawaab, je koi nidaa kare.
[(with above representation of Quranic verses) Alive in their graves are servants of Allah. They respond to all who call them.].
When mumin visit a shrine he urges the sahib-a-qabr to pray for him/her. Being in spritual world their prayers commands more acceptance near Allah.
Soul of Auliya Allah have their eye on their body through whom they did worshipping of Allah and elevated status of their soul. Analogy: a perfume bottle holds fragrance even after the perfume is consumed completely. So does body of Auliya Allah, though their soul left their body, but that is the same body which worshipped Allah, so that body does have Godly fragrance - so we visit the grave of Panjatan and auliya's.

Why kiss 'Hajre Aswad', (a stone)?
Quran is a book, whose papers are made of tree pulp, printed with chemical ink, binded by plastic thread! Why kiss such a book?
Why to kiss your kids or spouse or elders?
Kiss to Quran is not to that book, but to knowledge which is hidden in the words. Likewise, the kiss to graves of Auliya Allah is kiss to that knowledge of deen which that sahib-a-qabr holds.
Q8.) NO 'TAKARRUB' DUA, NO PROSTRATION FOR SEEKING WISHES AFTER ASR PRAYERS
It is well established dogma, repentance is accepted by Almighty during the life time but not at the time when life is about to end.
'Asr' means end time. The new day start immediately at the sunset, unlike Gregorian system where it starts at night 12AM. With 'Asr' day ends, so by token of above paragraph Takarrub (prayers) are not recited.
Note: Prayers aceeptance depends on several factors – ● Special time: Prayer asked on night of 'Layalatul Qadr' or at time of Imam Hussain a.s. martyrdom on 10th Moharram bears more chances of acceptability by Allah than any other general days.
● Prayers attached with 'wasila' bears more chances of acceptance by Almighty than one without.
● Place - Asked near Hajre Aswad / Kaaba, inside masjid a Nabwi, near grave of Panjatan and their progeny of Fatimi Imams bears more acceptance chances than at places otherwise.
● Some prayers are like sword, irrespective of place, time or anything whenever we Mumineen tender prayers Allah accept them e.g. dua of mazloom (oppressed) is always answered by Allah.
=> Takarrub is a kind of Dua, and with dogma prescribed in beginning paragraph as a matter of timing it is not recited after the last namaaz of a day i.e. Asr.
Last point, some say, Imam Hussain a.s. at Asr made the Sajda (prostration) and was martyr in the same state. As 2nd Fatimi Imam Hussain a.s. represented all mumineen of Fatimi Dawat so he has done 'sajda' for all so we as gesture to remember 2nd Fatimi Imam Hussain a.s. martyrdom do not offer sajda after Asr namaaz. Namaaz ends with Salam. Takarrub, the dua, is recited after namaaz ends. So time wise; time after Asr faraz namaaz is not prudently appropriate for dua's. So no Takarrub dua is recited.
Q9.) WIFE ADOPTING THE NEW FAMILY NAMES
Changing surname (family name) to husband’s name after marriage is Prohibited in Islam. It is a common act seen across many cultures that women change their surname from father’s to their husband’s surname after marriage. This is widely practiced throughout the world and Muslims have also adopted it. But, how many of you are aware that it is not permissible for a woman (after marriage to change her surname from her father to that of her husband? It is not permissible for a woman to take her husband’s name or his family name because that is attributing oneself to someone other than one’s father, and imitating the kuffaar from whom this custom was adopted.
Allah says in Surah Ahzaab, ayah 5: “Call them (adopted sons) by (the names of) their fathers, that is more just with Allaah…” [al-Ahzaab 33:5]
There are some very stern warnings regarding this from Allah and his Prophet (pbuh). Read below: The Prophet (pbuh) said: “Whoever calls himself by other than his father’s name (or attributes himself to someone other than his father), will be cursed by Allaah, the angels and all the people.” (Reported by Ibn Maajah, Book of punishments, 2707)
Nabi (pbuh) said: “Whoever claims after having become Muslim to belong to someone who is not his father, knowing that he is not his father, Paradise will be forbidden to him.” [Bukhaari 4072 and Muslim 63]
A related hadith that supports this argument although referring to male:ِ Narrated from Abu Dharr (ra) that he heard the Prophet (pbuh) say: “Any man who knowingly attributes himself to someone other than his father is guilty of kufr. Whoever claims to belong to a people when he has nothing to do with them, let him take his place in Hell.” [Bukhari 3508 and Muslim 61]
It is not permitted for anyone to claim to belong to anyone other than his father. Imitating the kuffaar by dropping the wife’s surname and giving her the husband’s name is prohibited (haraam); it is also a form of falsehood, and humiliation of the woman. There is no blood tie between the husband and wife, so how can she take his surname (or name) as if she is part of the same lineage?
Moreover, she may get divorced, or her husband may die, and she may marry another man. Will she keep changing her surname every time she marries another man? Furthermore, there are rulings attached to her being named after her father, which have to do with inheritance, spending and who is a mahram, etc. Taking her husband’s surname overlooks all that.
The husband is named after his own father, and what does she have to do with the lineage of her husband’s father? This goes against common sense and true facts. The husband has nothing that makes him better than his wife so that she should take his surname, whilst he takes his father’s name.
Anyone who has done this must repent to Allaah and put it right by going back to her father’s name. Please revert back to your fathers lineage or fathers name! Each one of us are accountable for our actions on the Day of Judgement! Don’t obey others to disobey Allah (even if it be your parents or your husband).
I wish to clarify on the subject of Female. Using her husband's name and surname. After her marriage. It does not mean that she has changed her lineage and she has eased to be called the daughter of so and so She remains the daughter of do and so for her entire life and after her death also "Fateha" is recited for her as Binte so and so and only to declare her status as already married to someone she is called. "Zawjate" so that everybody can know that now she is the wife of do and so and also she is unlawful for marriage to anyone else unless her husband divorce her and even after divorce or her husband dies. She is unlawful for marriage for the siblings of her husband from any other wife.
Further Huzur SAWW's Hadith about someone attributing him/her with some other person except his/her own father should not be mixed u with the wife using her husband"s name or surname to identify her because she is not called Binte of her husband but only zawjate (wife of do and so). So she is not covered by this Holy Hadith and she has not committed any Kufra so please do not mix up.
Even if she has her own property in her own name or inherited from her father. Her step sons and daughters have no right to claim any share in that property of hers so she has not changed her lineage at all by using the name and surname of her husband. But in anyway it dies not. Be considered as KUFRA.
Shariya does not allow anyone to change his /her surname it is individual choice but I want to tell you that Allah set wants that all females. When married should be addressed by their husband's name only and not by their own fathers'names Please read Sura Tabbbat yada "Two hands of Abilahab perished & he himself perished In near future. He himself will burn into fire of hell and his wife (Mrs. Abi Lahab) further you read Sura Tshreem. And Allah swt. cites for disbelievers examples of Mrs. Nuh and Mrs. Lut both were lucky to have the under command of 2 pious. Slaves of Allah swt and so on........and in the same sura Allah swt says and Allah swt cites for believers example of Mrs. Firon when she says O' my Lord save me from Firon and his (bad deeds). Here in above examples females who were married were addressed by the name of their Husbands and No reference. To their fathers while citing the example of (Hazrat Maryam. a.s. Who was un married. Allah swt says Wa Maryamab Nata (Binte Imran). All Latee ahsanat Farjaha wa Kanat Minal Qaneteen and daughter of I mean who had protected her virginity and she was from. Those who live satisfied life. here Hazrat Maryam a.s as she was unmarried, she was addressed by her father's name.
Now from the above Holy Aayats. It is quite clear that females who are. Married must identify themselves by the name of their husbands and not by their fathers names
Mrs. Nuh and Mrs. Lut and Mrs. Firon and daughter of Imran all have been mentioned in Sura Tahreem.
Q10.) ABLUTION BEFORE SLEEPING
Ablution cleans oneself to the extent that one can offer Salaat. It is recommended so to save oneself from nightmares, it helps to those who do not get quick or no sleep, ablution drives away satan. And of course cleanliness is next to Godliness and nothing cleans better than ablution.
Besides above, another important reason is: No one knows if Allah will add tomorrow with today. If in state of post ablution, someone dies in his/her sleep they are preferentially treated in life hereafter.
Q11.) IMPORTANCE AND GREATNESS OF BEARD IN ISLAM
The literal definition of beard refers to the hair which grows on the face naturally (I.e. the sides of the face and the chin).
There are two aspects regarding the beard: 1. The beard is a part of the male anatomy which beautifies, Gives respectability and adorns the man. Newborn baby(Boy or girl) is accompanied by some hair on head and usually aqeeqah is done by sacrifing a sheep or goat. After the creation and perfection the boy reach to its intellect age where his misaaq is being taken and the message of allah swt and rasool s.a.w. is being transferred to him in order to live and purify his soul . After this eloquence and misaaq the beard starts growing on boy face. (REFRENCE: IKHWAN US SAFA PART 11 AND GULDASTANE MA’ALUMAAT TOPIC 18 BY SHEIKH AHMED ALI RAJ).
2. The beard is a natural inherent part of the biological Characteristics of the male gender of the human being, its purpose is to differentiate between the male and the female. (REFRENCE: IKHWAN US SAFA PART 11 AND GULDASTANE MA’ALUMAAT TOPIC 18 BY SHEIKH AHMED ALI RAJ) This very conclusion is also derived by logical reasoning and intellect. We should also bear in mind that the intellect is one of the most important factors which separates the human being from the other animal species.
Allah Ta’ala Says in Quran Majeed: “Waman ahsanu deenan mimman aslama wajhahu lillahi wahuwa muhsinun waittabaAAa millata ibraheema haneefan waittakhatha Allahu ibraheema khaleelan” (An- Nisaa Surah 4 Aayat 125) “Who can be better in religion than one who submits his whole self to Allah, does good, and follows the way of Ibraham the true in Faith? For Allah did take Ibraham for a friend. “
The Imam Ja’far usSadiq (as) explained that Allah, the Blessed, granted ten things to Ibrahim(a.s) (al-Hanif) [things that purify], five were for the head and five were for the body. Those for the head were: 1. Trimming the moustache 2. Wearing the beard 3. Trimming the hair of the head 4. Brushing the teeth 5. Flossing the teeth.
And those for the body were: 1. Circumcision 2. Trimming the nails 3. Cleansing the body with water 4. Shaving the under arm and pubic hair 5. Ceremonial bath (after sexual intercourse etc.)
These are ten things which Allah, the Exalted, granted Hazrat Ibrahim Nabi(a.s)
The important point we should bear in mind here is, that those things which were granted to Ibraham (A.S.) and Adam (A.S.) were not abrogated nor will they be abrogated till the Day of reckoning. This verse is evidence of the fact that whatever Allah, the Exalted, granted Abraham (as) remained so for Rasoolallah s.a.w. also. This is the reason why we as Muslims still (try to) adhere to the same practice.

2. WHAT SHOULD BE THE PARAMETERS OF THE BEARD? 1. The Beard should not be trimmed 2. Should not shave the beard 3. Should not be colored 4. Should not be threaded (i.e. tie or rolled out, in hindi it is guthna)
These parameters were being followed by the anbiyas, aawliya and pious mumineen. (REFRENCE : ALLAH WALO KA BACHPAN AND IKHWAN US SAFA Part 11 BY SHEIKH AHMED ALI RAJ).
Apart from our sources and fiqh the importance of beard is being mentioned in sunni fish books -
1. Sahih Muslim :: Book 2 : Hadith 500 Ibn Umar said: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be Upon him) said: Act against the polytheists, “TRIM CLOSELY THE MOUSTACHE AND GROW BEARD.”
2. Sahih Muslim :: Book 2 : Hadith 499 Ibn Umar said: The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) ordered us TO TRIM THE MOUSTACHE CLOSELY AND SPARE THE BEARD.
3. Sahih Bukhari :: Book 7 :: Volume 72 :: Hadith 781 Narrated Ibn 'Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "CUT THE MOUSTACHES SHORT AND LEAVE THE BEARD (AS IT IS)."
4.Muslim :: Book 2 : Hadith 501 Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Trim closely the moustache, and grow beard, and thus act against the fire-worshippers. The reasons behind citing reference from sunni fiqh is to show the importance of beard and to conclude the point that even it is sunnat of rasoollaah (saw) not farz but as the allah ta’ala says in quran majeed “wama atakumu alrrasoolu fakhuthoohu wama nahakum AAanhu faintahoo waittaqoo Allaha inna Allaha shadeedu alAAiqabi” (Surah Al-Hashr 59 ayyat no .7) So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment.
3: Is beard is Necessary in imamat prayers? The Question arise in mind that who should lead us In prayers? Hence the answer lies in Da’aim ul islam Jild 1 says, “Put Therefore, that man ahead of you In your prayers who is most excellent among you” “excellent who?? The meaning and Explanation of excellent can be find out in Kitabul Muntakhabat as the books says “yu ammul fil masajidil adlur riza zulfiqa waddeenate taqeeul murtaza” Meaning one should lead the prayer who is aadil(“ONE WHO ACTS WITH JUSTICE AND FAIRNESS), good person with good characteristics, knowledgeable with Fiqh, pious, and people should like him” the first characterstics is being shown for Immamat is he should be Aadil. In ilm fiqh the world “A’dl “ has very importance that can be find out in Da’aim ul Islam Jild 2 which explains the meaning of “Aadil” that A Person who doesn’t pray namaz nor pay zakat ,a one who measure less than actual quantity ,a person who has got sharia punishment and most importantly the one who leaves the sunnat of rasoolallah s.a.w. etc. is not aadil. And growing beard is the is a sunnat of rasoolallah s.a.w. as mentioned earlier.
As the rasool Allah Says : Man tara:ka sunnati fa leysa min ummati Meaing : A Person who leaves my sunnat and does objection in it, is not one of us.
Summary: A Person who shaves his beard is not aadil ,therefore he is not eligible for leading the prayers. . (REFRENCE : Guldastan E Ma’alumaat Topic 19 By Sheikh Ahmed Ali Raj).
Apart from our fiqh the sunni Jurists such as Mufti Akmal Shaheb (Kanzul Islam) says in his sermons that now if an imam goes to lead a prayers It is place of respect and profound esteem. Therefore a person who argument in not having beard, he is objecting the sunnat of Rasoolallah s.a.w. To keep beard., Therefore it is important that he should have beard all his life while leading the prayers.
However, as far as morality and human etiquette are concerned, and as far as our subject matter is concerned, what better source can there be than the noble life style of Rasoolallah(S.A.W.) and the Aimmat E Tahereen (A.S.).
Q12.) "NAAD A ALI" WAS FIRST RECITED IN WHICH ISLAMIC WAR?
It was first recited in the Gazwa a Tabook.
This was fierce battle between Christian and Islam. Molal Ali a.s. was deputed in Medina to discourage any attack on Medina.
When Christians were making gains to the point that Islam will loose the battle. Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w. recited "Naad a Ali". At this point of time Mola Ali a.s. was watering plant, he immediately replied, "Labbaik Ya Rasoolallah". A companion who was standing beside Ali a.s., was aghast and inquired, Prophet (s) is not around, can you still hear him from such remote distance? Mola Ali a.s. replied, "I hear to every mumineen who call me whether near or far, and whoever will call me for help this Ali ibn Abi Talib will surely come for their help." So mumineen in your difficulties do recite, "Ya Ali Mada", it is Ali's promise that he will assist you.
Ali a.s. face was covered with veil, but he has his own unique style of fighting. A slave told his master, "Ali ibn Abi Talib has came to Tabook to rescue us, he is Ali ibn Abi Talib." His master replied, "Ali is in Medina, can't be here, should he be Ali as you say, then as a reward I will free you from slavery." They went near him and inquired his identity, he removed veil and confirmed them that he was Ali a.s. The slave was freed.
After reciting "Naad a Ali", Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w. was eagerly waiting for Ali's arrival, in this state, he declared, "I will reward precious stone to whoever first bring me the news of Ali's arrival."
Salman Farsi first spotted Ali a.s. and notified him of Prophet's reward, and consulted if he should take precious stone reward from Prophet. Mola Ali a.s. answered him what he may do.
Salman approached to Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w. and informed him of the good news of Mola Ali's arrival. Prophet (s)offered him reward, Salman humbly denied to accept it, then Prophet (s) asked, in lieu of it what he want?
Salman replied, "During the Mairaj you and Allah had some secret conversation. Share one point from it with me."
Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w. said, "Allah told me, if a chickpea is broken in 8 parts, then 1/8 of it is further broken in 8 parts, then the smallest of it is further broken in 8 parts - the smallest of them even that much if someone will love Ali, I will place him in paradise, and if that much size of hate if someone will keep for Ali I will place him in hell." Salwaat
Q13.) HOW YAZEED DIED? TERRORIST BRAINWASHING IMITATES YAZEED'S LINE OF THOUGHT.
Death of Yazeed (L): There are many versions on how Yazeed (L) died. The version authenticated by DB is: Yazeed went for hunt and in chase of some animal, he went very far; without escort of his bodyguards and never came back! Yazeed ki qabr ka kahi koi nishaan nahi.
Case of brainwash: After murder of Imam Hussain (a), Yazeed committed further two heinous crimes: 1. In the first year from Imam Hussain (a) murder, Yazeed attacked Medina, killed innocent, looted assets, plundered properties, committed atrocities on women and kids to the magnitude of raping women in 'Masjid-a-nabwi'. Yazeed military converted Masjid-a-Nabwi in horse stable, one can imagine the 'gehurmati done by horses urine and dung in the pristine and pious mosque! 2. In second year, Yazeed military lead by Muslim ibn Aqbah were on mission to destroy Kaaba, in Mecca. Observe the sequence/steps of Yazeed attack - First step to murder Imam Hussain (a), the then flag bearer of Allah. Second step attack the point of origin i.e. Prophet Mohammad (s); the city of Medina. And at third and last step attack Allah; the holy Kaaba. The point is the entire linage of Yazeed (L) have enmity for Allah in core of their heart.
Friends, observe the entire lineage of Yazeed (L): Yazeed - Maviya - Z - Y - and X. They were all formerly Kafir's and observing that Islam is gaining ground for political reasons they converted to Islam but in core of their heart they were still associated with Idol Worshipping.
Coming back to the point we last left, Muslim bin Aqbah was Yazeed commander for mission to destroy Kaaba. The then the building of Kaaba was skirted with small muntains, he stationed big catapult's type of machine which can bombard heavy burning stones, this attack brutally murdered all pilgrims who were the then encircling Kaaba, burnt the viel on Kaaba, Rukn-a-Yamani was destroyed, and many tab'ar'ruk'ats were destroyed.
Muslim ibn Aqbah suddenly fell ill and realized that now he will die very shortly. His soldiers asked do you have any last 'vasiyat'? He replied, "When I will meet Allah, I will demand that I obeyed to command of your Caliph Yazeed - burnt and destroyed Kaaba, hence I must be sent to paradise."
See the irony in the statement of Muslim ibn Aqbah: he is burning and destroying house of Allah and demanding paradise for same from Allah!!!
Q14.) WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF PRAYING SALAT-UZ-ZAWAL ON AYYAM UL BEEZ? WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF AYYAM UL BEEZ? AND WHAT IS THE STORY BEHIND 10 SURAH RECITATION?
It is said that a woman known as Umme Dawood lived in the time of Imam Ja`far al-Sadiq (SA). Her son, Dawood was held captive by the oppressive Abbasid khalif, Abu al-Dawaniq. She came to the Imam in distress, narrating her woes. Imam al-Sadiq (SA) gave her the means to relieve her anguish. He told her to fast for the three days on 13th, 14th and 15th of Rajab. Then, at zawal on the 15th, she should pray 8 rakaats of namaz instead of the 6 of sunnat. Then, after the zohr faraz, 2 rakats of istiftah should be prayed. Then the rest of the zohr and asr prayers should be said as normal. After namaz, a tasbih and tilawat of 10 Surats of Qur'an Majid should be done, followed by a powerful dua written by the Imam himself. With this, the Imam said, "If Allah chooses to do so, He will bring your son back to you". Umme Dawood did as the Imam said and no sooner had she finished, that her son walked in a free man. This amal and dua was a gift of Imam Ja`far al-Sadiq (SA) to mumineen. Today, it is our practice to do this each year. Those who have difficulties can perform this ibadat with the assurance that Allah will heed their dua and their difficulties will melt.
Q15.) KHATNA AND KHIFZ - ITS RELIGIOUS SANCTIONS?
If Khifz (girls Khatna) is cruelty then why not stop all women to bear 9 months trouble for carrying children in their womb and further get more pain at time of delivery, and continue issues post delivery? How about stopping menstrual cycles of all women as that brings pain to her? Starving for whole day is man made! And then naming it as “Roza".... huh! Does Allah want to starve us! Is he Merciful or Zalim! So Roza, the man made cruelty on everyone must be stopped. During the 9 months of pregnancy, on the private part of baby; an additional layer of skin gets added. Khatna/Khifz is to remove that "incremental part" and bring back body to its natural state.
Q) There are many things that only we as bohras follow? I agree it is mentioned in daim ul Islam but the question of authenticity of it will come up as it is followed only by a small sect. A) Let's deal with the issue of minority followers of Bohras v/s majority followers of non-Bohras. The above premise of argument is null and void because if Majority is considered as rightful criterion for judgement then all Muslims should convert into Christianity as they are in majority than Muslims! "Scientific explanation" is too loose and vague term. E.g. Fatimi Dawat contends Quran is scientific, any contrary ideas pitched against Quran by others will be considered by Fatimi Dawat as “unscientific”. Quran in dozens of its verses says, "Earth is located at the centre of the universe.” But others says, same for Sun. Now who to believe - Quran or others?
Likewise the speaking Quran Mohammad (s) and Mola Ali a.s. says: Khatna and Khifz are for attaining good health, and it is the must do for mumineen.
Dawoodi Bohras practice Khatna and Khifz because it is command given by Allah via Mohammad s.a.w.w. and Mola Ali a.s. We learn this command from Daimul Islam, which is authenticated by Fatimi Imams.
Fatimi Imams authentication is trustworthy because ONLY they have inherited the books of Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w and his progeny.
Q) Daim ul Islam was written by an African origin person and African can’t be trusted. A) Let's tear our university degree they are not trustworthy because the invention of modern university came from Africa from Imam Moiz a.s. who indeed validated the Daimul Islam! Let's not use camera as it is some ghostly black magic because camera was invented in Africa by Fatimi Imam. Let's never use spectacle as they come from Africa invented by Fatimi Imams! Let's tender regret for using Fountain Pens as they came from Africa invented by Fatimi Imams. Let's suffer cataract in eyes and never get it operated because its operation was invented in Africa by Fatimi Imam. Let's never use wall clock as the mother wall clock, The Sun Dial was invented in Africa by Fatimi Imam. If all above from Africa is acceptable then why the writing of an African man is not acceptable? Provided it is validated by the Arab origin Fatimi Imam of time, the inheritor of Prophet Mohammad s.a.w.w. There are four school of thought in Sunni maslak - Shafaee, Maliki, Hanafi and Hanbali. Imam Malik's followers perform Khifz (female khatna).
Q) Africans are cruel and fools so their practice of Khatna should not be practiced. A) But so were the then Arabs who too were cruels as they use to burry their alive daughters and were all perceived as 'zahils' (illiterate and unintelligent).
So practice of Khatna/Khifz should not be practiced because it is practice of cruel and fool Africans. By the same token let's stop practicing all pillars of Islam as they belong to Arab region the land of cruel Daughter Killers and 'zahils'.
Q16.) SHIRK KYA HE? MUSHRIQ KON?
“Shirk karna” ka matlab hai partner banana. “Shareek” ka matlab hai partner. “Mushrik” woh jo shirk kare.
Shareek sirf hum-jins ho sakta hai. Example (1) Insaan hi insaan ke saath legal partnership me enter kar sakta hai. Crocodile aur Insaan ‘shareek’ (legal partners) nahi ban sakte kyonki dono hum jins nahi hai. Example (2): Elephant; elephant ke group me rehta hai na ki snake ke group ke saath kyonki elephant-elephant hum jins hai. Elephant aur snake hum jins nahi hai, etc.
ALLAH AUR INSAAN HUM-JINS NAHI HAI.
Allah insaan ki aqal me nahi aa sakta: insaan ko nahi maloom ki Allah kab se hai (age), kya length, breadth aur height wala hai, male/female hai ya gender me definable bhi hai ya nhai, Allah ka weight kitna hai, rang-roop kaise hai ya woh rang/roop me define ho bhi sakta hai ya nahi – INSAAN KO ALLAH KI IN BAATO KE BARE ME KUCH MALOOMAT NAHI HAI.
Insaan jab apne aap ko poori-tarha nahi samaz sakta to uske banane wale Allah ke bare me kya samzega!
Hence, Insaan Allah ke saath kisi ko shareek (partner) kar hi nahi sakta. Insaan chahe ki woh Allah ke saath kisi ko partner (shareek) kare to woh chah kar bhi kisi ko Allah ka partner nahi bana sakta kyonki insaan na to Allah ko samazta hai, na hi Allah insaan ka hum jins hai. -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Above case me eik objection aata hai ki: Allah ke jo CHARACTERS insaan jaante hai, unko kisi aur ko de dena = Shirk karna hai.
Example) Dene ka kaam Allah ka hai isliye sabko sirf Allah se maangna chahiye, agar koi Allah ko chhodh kar kisi aur se maange jaise ‘murdo’ (dead ones jaise Mohammed s.a.w.w., Ali a.s. Hussain a.s. etc) se maange to maangne wala Panjatan ko Allah ka shareek (partner) bana raha hai yani maangne wala mushrik hai.
Humara osool he Dua mumineen ka hathiyaar hai. Quran me Allah kehta hai: Allah ki raah me mare hovo ko murda mat samzo, woh to zinda hai aur apna rizk Allah se lete hai, haalanki tum isko nahi samaz sakte. Panjatan sharer se murda hai magar SPIRITUALLY TO ZINDA HAI.
Dawoodi Bohras apne aziz aur muhib zinda ko bolte hai “humare liye dua karna” isi tarha humare spiritually zinda guzarnaar ko/Panjatan/Imam’o/Dai’yon ko bhi bolte hai ki aap humare liye dua karna. To Dawoodi Bohra maang to ULTIMATELY Allah se rahe hai magar us kaam ke liye DUA Panjatan se karwa rahe hai.
Jab Dawwodi Bohras bolte hai, “Ya Ali Madad” iska matlab hota hai ki hum Mola Ali a.s. ko jo ki SPIRITUALLY ZINDA HAI unse arz kar rahe hai ki O’ Ali humare liye Allah se Dua karna. Aisa nahi ho sakta ki Mola Ali a.s. humare liye dua kare aur Allah unki dua ko kharij kar de; isiliye jab hum ghir rahe hote hai aur pukarte hai “Ya Ali Madad” to sambhal jaate hai, mushkil’en aasan ho jaati hai. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Daimul Islam (Volume I, page# 5 says): Meaning of aayat (الَّذِينَ لَايُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَاةَ * وَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُشْرِكِينَ): Aise mushriko (jo shirk karta hai) ke liye badi kharabi hai jo Zakat nahi dete.
Please note in this Aayat: Allah ne MUSHREKEEN ko Zakat nahi dene ki vazah se, Imaan ki seema se bahar kar diya. MAGAR NON-MUSLIMS PER TO ZAKAT CHARGE HOTI HI NAHI HAI!!! To fir Allah above baat kyon bol raha hai? Jawab lete hai Imam Bakir a.s. aur Imam Jaffer Sadik a.s. se.
Daimul Islam (Volume I, Page# 6) - Imam Bakir a.s. ne eik din Hazrat Zabir bin Abdullah Ansari (r) se farmaya, “A Zabir kya Allah ne Mushrik per kabhi zakat ko farz ki hai?” “Nahi, Allah ne Zakat ko sirf Musalmano per hi farz ki hai”, bole Zabir.
Daimul Islam (Volume I, Page# 6) - Imam Jaffer Sadik a.s. farmate hai: above aayat un logo ke bare me utri hai jinhone Ameer-al-momeneen Ali ibn Abi Talib a.s. ki VALAYAT me SHIRK kiya tha aur apni zakat aise shaks ko di thi jisne apne aap ko Mola Ali a.s. ke mukable me khada kiya tha. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
SAABIT HOOVA: SHIRK KA MATLAB ALLAH KE MAZHAR KE SAATH KISI KO SHAREEK KARNA HOTA HAI.
YA MAZHARAL AJAYBE YA MURTAZA ALI. HAR MUSTAKAR IMAM ALLAH KA MAZHAR HAI. YANI MAZHAR KI HESIYAT SE HAR IMAM ALLAH HAI (AQS HAI).
Mola Ali a.s., woh, woh aur woh - yeh sare ke sare insaan ke HUM-JINS hai. Aur Mola Ali a.s. Allah ke Mazhar hai - chunki yaha above four hum-jins hai to yaha SHIRK ho sakta hai. Isiliye Allah Subhanhu ne kai-kai aayato'n se bata diya ki sab maaf kar sakta hoon lekin mere (mazahar ke saath) kisi bhi doosro ko partner (shareek) banaya to woh Shirk ka gunah maaf nahi karoonga.
Mola Ali a.s. is the sole successor of Prophet Mohammad PBUH. All those who consider he, he & he to be successor (caliph) of Prophet Mohammad PBUH then they are partnering them with Ali a.s. so they are all guilty on account of Shirk. -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Waseelah ka matlab aam tor par sifarish hota he. Dusre mayno me aage badhne ki seedhiya he. Aur banda jab Allah ta'ala se kuch hajat talab karta he to waseelah yani sifarish karta he aur ye waseelah Allah ta'ala ne hamare pyare nabi Mohammadul Mustafa Sallalaho Allehe Wassallam ko aur aapki Aale Athar ki kabool karta he, jese tamam ulemao ka is baat par ittefaq he ki koi bhi dua ki jaaye to uske pehle aur akhir me durood shareef padhi jaaye to wo dua maqbool (qabool) hone ke chance jyada hote he. To salwaat bhi ek tarah ka waseelah h he.
Dusre matlab me aage badhne ke liye ya upar jaane ke liye raste aur seedhiyo ki zarurat hoti he, rasta nahi hoga to bhatakte firege aur waqt barbaad hoga aur manzil e maqsood tak pahuchoge iski guarantee nahi hogi. Aur upar jane ke liye bina seedhiyo ke ja h nahi sakte.
Massalan ke koi pehli manzil se top floor pe jana chahta he to use seedhiya ya lift ki zarurat hogi. Aam aadmi iske bina upar nahi ja sakta. To iska naam bhi waseelah he. Aur deen me rooh ki tarrakki ke liye waseelah ka hona bahut hi zaruri he. Bina waseelah ke rooh ki tarrakki kabhi bhi nahi hogi. Aur rooh ki tarrakki nahi hogi to wo Jannat e Aala me nahi pahuch paega.
Q17.) DOES QURAN RECITATION FOR NON-BELIEVER DECEASED HELPS?
"And whoever does righteous deeds, whether male or female, while being a believer-those will enter in the paradise and will not be wronged, [Even as much as] the speck on a date seed." (Surah An Nisa 4:124) ---------------------------------------------------------------- This stanza has put two conditions for entering Paradise: (1st) One has to be the believer AND (2nd) one has to do righteous deeds.
Note: both conditions above are connected with “AND” and not “OR”. It means, though if one is believer but if one doesn’t do righteous deeds or if one did sin then he/she will not enter paradise. It also means that if one is not believer but he did good and righteous deeds then also he will not enter Paradise. This further infers that noble people like Gandhi Ji, Abraham Lincoln, etc they will get reward for their good deeds only in this world. e.g.) people showering love and respect for them. However those rewards are limited to this world only, but in life hereafter, per above Quran verse they may not see Paradise. When important political figure or some big personality dies, all religion prayers are conducted to benefit the soul of the deceased. Muslims recite Quran in those functions, but per above Quran stanza this will be of no use to the soul of deceased as he was non-believer in his life.
Q18.) TYING KNOTS ON THE ‘MAZHAR’ OF AULIYA ALLAH - ITS RELEVANCE IN ISLAM?
Yeh eik self-evidentiary baat hai ki Bohras ke kisi bhi auliya-Allah ke qabr per "dhaage baandhne" wala system/practice nahi milegi. Mola'e Fakhruddin (Galiyakot) ke bahar non-DB's laal-peele dhage bandhte hai, magar apan DB's aisi practice nahi karte. Book name: Daim ul Islam, Part I, Page 5 se 25 per Imaan aur osool-a-Imaan ka zikr hai. Imam Jaffer Sadik (a) ki rivayat: Iman = (Jaban se ikrar karna) + (dil se tasdeek karna) + (Arkaan e Islam per amal karna).
Allah tak apni dua pahunchane ke liye sirf vaseela lagta hai aur koi bhi materialistic cheeze nahi lagti. Laal-peela dhaga dargaah ki jaali se baandhna, taboot (shabi / taziye) per bandhna; ya Isnashari ki tarha paper pe apni muraad likh kar paani me fenk dena - yeh sab material approach hai, spritual nahi. Jo dil se aata hai woh dil tak jaata hai. Materialistic cheez ki spritual world me entry mamnu hai. Jannat me rooh jayegi, shareer nahi. Mehraj me aaka Rasool Allah (s) roohani hesiyat se gaye the, jismani nahi. Aaka Rasool Allah (s) per bhi jadoo kiya gaya tha, aur woh laal-peela dhaga per githaan laga kar kiya gaya tha. Aaka Rasool Allah (s) ne kuch martaba Sura Naas + Falak ki tilavat ki aur eik-eik karke woh sari gaanth khul gai. In other words, kya humare kisi haq ke auliya-Allah ne aisa kaha hai ki: apni muraad poori karwane ke liye unki qabr per aakar ya kisi doosre auliya-Allah ke qabr per jakar dhaaga bando? Javab: Nahi. Also note following for information - Agar jadoogar (kala jaado karne wala) Musalmaan hai to usper capital punishment (mrityu-dand) lagta hai, aur agar non-Muslim ho to mrityu-dand nahi lagta. Theek isi tarha, agar Rasool Allah (s) per blasphemy karne wala Muslim hai to us per mrityu-dand lagta hai aur agar non-Muslim hai to mrityu-dand nahi lagta. Kai saal pehle eik Hindu pandit ne eik book likhi thi, "Rangeela Rasool", chunki woh non-Muslim hai isliye us per mrityu-dand nahi lagta, magar Salman Rushdi Muslim hai aur usne blasphemy ki isliye us per mrityu-dand lagta hai.
Q19.) THE IMAMAT CONTINUES IN SUCCESSION, CURRENTLY OUR IMAMS ARE IN CONCEALMENT, SO HERE I ASK THAT WHAT IF ONE IMAM DID NOT HAVE A SON. WHAT WILL HAPPEN OF THE NEXT IMAM?
(1) Refer Quran 2: 124 - وَإِذِابْتَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ رَبُّهُ بِكَلِمَاتٍ فَأَتَمَّهُنَّ قَالَ إِنِّي جَاعِلُكَلِلنَّاسِإِمَامًا قَالَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِي قَالَ لاَ يَنَالُ عَهْدِيالظَّالِمِينَ Translation: Jab Ibrahim ka imtihaan hoova, aur who usme pass hove tab Allah ne unko apni ummat ka Imam banaya. Ibrahim ne dua ki, ki meri nasal (offspring) ko bhi Imam bana de. (Allah ne haan kahi aur) kaha ki Ibrahim ki nasal me jo zalim hoga who Imam nahi banega.
Quran 2:124 – is baat ka saboot hai ki Nabi Ibrahim (a) ki nasal me Imam aate rahenge, yani, aise nahi hoga ki kisi bhi eik Imam ko beta na ho. Nabi Ibrahim (a) ki nasal me Imam aate rahenge, Imam Hussain bhi Nabi Ibrahim ki nasal se hai (aur us nasal me jo zaalim hoga woh Imamat ka haqdaar nahi hoga).
(2) Refer Quran 17:71 – يَوْمَنَدْعُو كُلَّ أُنَاسٍ بِإِمَامِهِمْ فَمَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِفَأُوْلَئِكَيَقْرَؤُونَ كِتَابَهُمْ وَلاَ يُظْلَمُونَ فَتِيلاً Translation: Eik din har Insaan ko unki ummat ke Imam ke saath bulaya jayega. Inme se neki karnaar ko unke amaal ki kitaab right hand me di jayegi aur who kush honge, unke saath kisi bhi tarha ki na-insaafi nahi hogi.
Quran 17:71 se yeh saabit hota hai ki har daur (era) ka eik Imam hona hi chahiye, yani Imam ki nasal chalti rehni chahiye, yani uska beta na ho - aisa nahi ho sakta.
(कुरआन कह रहा है कि हर इसांन उनकी उम्मत के इमाम के साथ बुलाया जाऐगा।आम तौर से अली,(a) हसन (a) , हुसैन (a) , सज्जाद (a), बाकिर (a) , सादिक(a) इमामों के दौर कुछ सालों के हैं। उम्म्त generally under 40 years size ki हैं। इस calculation के आधार पर last 1200 साल me at least 30 (12200 / 40) उम्मत गुजर चुकी हैं और उनका कोई इमाम नहीं है! क्योंकि 12thइमाम तो मरे नहीं है। कुरआन कह रहा है हर उम्मत उनके इमाम के साथ होगी - इस्नाअशरी का यह कहना कि उनके 12th इमाम मरे नही - यह बात कुरआन कि is आयत के compliance & condition मे fit नहीं बैठती है। लिहाजा साबित हुआकि इस्नाअह्सतरी कि line of Imamat sahi नहीं है।
(3) Salwaat: Allahumma salle ala Moahammadin va ala AALEMohammadin kama salleta ala Ibraheema va ala AALEIbraheema innaka hameedun majeed. Islam ka har firka above Salwaat is agree/ ittifaaq rakhta hai. Yeh Salwaat keh rahi hai: A Allah tu Salwaat bhej Mohammed aur unki Nasal per; jaise tu’ne salwaat bheji Ibrahim aur uski Nasal per. Allah tabhi Salwaat/Salam padh sakta hai jab Nabi Ibrahim ki nasal = nabi Mohammed ki nasal baaki hogi, agar Imam ki nasal khatam ho jayegi to Allah Salwaat kis per bhejega – to sabit hoova ki nabi Mohammed ki nasal = nabi Ibrahim ki nasal chalti rehni chahiye bina toote, lagataar, unbroken.
Q20.) THE ZIYARAT OF OUR FAMILY AND CLOSE ONES - IS THERE ANY AUTHENCITY FROM THE TIME OF MOULA ALI AS OR RASAUL ALLAH SWT ABOUT THIS? WHEN WAS THIS STARTED? BECAUSE I READ SOMEWHERE THAT VISITING GRAVEYARDS IS LIKE CALLING THE DEAD OUT OF THE SAME. MANY PEOPLE CRY OVER THE GRAVEYARDS SAYING KI KAASH YEH WAAPAS AA JAAYE. SO WOULD THAT BE RIGHT?
Eik bahut hi mashoor hadees hai – Rasool Allah (a) ne farmaya, “Jo shaks humare (wafat ke) baad humari jiyarat ko aayega, goya woh humari zindagi me hume milne ke barabar hai.”
(1) Apne gujarnaar ki ziyarat ko jana ki shuruvaat Molana Habeel (a) se hovi. Kabeel (L) ne jab Molana Habeel (a) ko qatal kar ke aapki laash ko dafan kar diya, Molana Aadam (a) apne bete ki ziyarat ko jana chahate the aur Habeel (a) ki qabar ka (laash) ka pata nahi chal raha tha tab aapne bad’duaki ki Parvar'digaar jis zameen ne mere bete ki laash ko chhupa rakha hai tu us per laanat karna, tab us jagha se; zameen khoon ugalne lagi. Tab se yeh Allah ka kanoon ban gaya ki kisi ke bhi na-haq qatal ko chhupaya nahi ja sakega. Beher'haal, Aadam (a) ko is tarha apne bete Habeel (a) ki laash mili yani aapne apne bete ki ziyarat ki. अगरहाबीलकिकब्रकिज़्यारतनहींकरनीहोतीतोउनकीकब्रकापताक्योंपूछरहेथेआदम ?!तोअपनेगुजरनारकिज्यारतकरनानबीआदमकिसुन्नतहै। (2) Uhad ki ladai me Molana Hamza (r) shaheed hove, aapko dafan kiya, sab Muslima aurat'e apne shaheed ghar walo per roti thi magar koi Rasool Allah (s) ke chacha per nahi tab aapne kaha kya koi Hamza (a) per rone wala nahi tab ummat girya (aawaz) karke rone lage to aaka Rasool Allah (s) ne mana farmaya ki sirf dil me dard ho aur aankh me aanso, sirf itna hi allowed hai, aawaz karke girya karna (jaisa ki aapne apne question me likha hai woh allowed nahi).
(3) Further to above, Aaka Rasool Allah (s) ke bete Ibrahim (r) ki wafat ke baad log aawaz kar ke girya karne lage tab aapne wohi baat kahi ki gum izhaar karne ka sirf eik hi tareeka hai ki dil me dard ho auraankh me aanso, bus sirf itna, isse jayada nahi.
(4) Point (2) and (3) se yeh bhi sabit hota hai ki kisi ki shahadat ka gum manana ho (is case me Hamza .a.) ya khud Rasool Allah (s) ka beta ki wafat ka gum ho – gum (dukh) ko zaahir karne ka Rasool Allah (s) ka prescribed tareeka hai: sirf dil me dard ho aur aankh me aanso. Yani Isnashari frika ki tarha ‘chhatee kutna’, ‘sir peetna’, ‘tamache maarna’ – yeh sab gum zahir karne ke tareeke Aaka Rasool Allah (a) ke prescribed tareeke ke khilaaf hai.
(5) Jab Molatina Fatima (a) ka aakhir waqat tha, tab Imam Hasan (a) aur Imam Hussain (a) apne nana Rasool Allah (a) ki qabr Mubarak per dua karne gaye the. Yani apne buzurgo ki qabr per jakar ziyarat karna aur unse dua karvana Imam Hasan (a), Imam Hussain (a) aur Mola Ali (a) ka tareeka he.
(6) “Visiting graveyards is like calling the dead out of the same” – yeh matter bahut lamba hai halanki saral hai. Aapki query itni clear nahi hai, magar one word reply hoga: Haan. All above especially point# (5) is an example to support point# (6).
Shaam-a-Gareeba ki majlis shuru karne ke pehle eik dua padhi jaati hai: “As’salam o aleka yavarisa Aadam safiyullah,… as’salam o aleka ya saral’lah he wa sarehi…” – yeh dua Aaka Rasool Allah (s) ke ashaab Hz. Jabir bin Abdullah (r) ki hai, aapki age bahut lambi hoovi yaha tak ki aap Imam Bakir se bhi mile aur unko Rasool Allah(a) ka eik pegaam bhi sunaya tha, jab yeh Hz. Jabir bin Abdullah (r) Imam Hussain (a) ki ziyarat ko gaye to waha yeh dua ki: "Mola aapse baat karta hoonto muze ‘Lutf’ (kisi ke hone ka ehsaas) aata hai, agar yeh wohi sari baat me agar diwar se karo to koi lutf nahi milega." Hence, isse yeh baat imply hoti hai ki jab Aap qabaristaan me jate hai apne guzarnaar ki ziyarat ko, ya Karbala me, ya Najaf me, ya Jannat ul baki me, ya Lukman ji sahab ki dargah me, etc = aap un sahib-a-qabr se mulaakat kar rahe ho, baat kar rahe ho. “Ya Ali Madad" bhi to eik tarha ki baat hai jo aap Mola Ali (a) se karte ho – to kya isko yeh kahenge ki calling the dead out of the grave! Aapke aur humare guzarnaar abhi 'Roohani' aalam me hai aur humse jayada takatwar hai yani unki dua Allah humare mukable jayda kabool karta hai. Aur woh guzarnaar humari baat ko sunte hai. Qabro me jeevta che Baari (Allah) naauliya, de javab ihne je koi nida kare. – Sheikh Sadik Ali sahab, Surat.
Book name: Allah walo'n ka bachpan, Page# 23, Point# 16 Zinda log to aapas me eik-doosre per salam bolte hi hai, magar murdo'n per bhi salam bolna chahiye, Jab koi qabaristaan me dakhil ho to kahe, "As'salamo alekum ya ahladdar antum sabekoon wa nehno Inshallah'o ta'ala an'kareebbin bikum laheekun" meaning, A gharwalo'n tum per salam, tum to aage chale gaye ab hum bhi agar Allah ne chaha to nazdeek hi tumse aa milenge.
Q21.) AGE OF EARTH, HOW IT CAME INTO EXISTENCE? THE CASE DETAIL OF ADAM QULLI A.S.? BIRTH OF MATHS? WHO ARE MUSTAQAR & MUSTODA IMAM?
Imam Jaffer Al Sadik (a.s.) said: The Age of Earth is: 64,000,000,000,000,000 years. Aadam Safiyullah (a) era was approx 7,000 years ago. He was born in Saran'deev, Ceylon (Sri Lanka). All 'Ambiya' are born in normal geography. Ceylon has equal number of hours for day and night, it enjoys four season and has the best soil. Sri Lanka was considered to be part of India only, so Allama Iqbal has rightly said, "Sare jaha se achcha Hindustaan huamara". In Ceylon there is "Adam Peak", which comes after climbing seven mountains, following chimera can be witnessed: before setting sun does prostrate to "Adam Peak". The first person born on the Earth was Molana Aadam Qulli (a), he was born at the center of Kaaba, the precise spot where Mola Ali (a) was born. His designation is "Mustakar Imam".
Cyclical apperance of Prophet Aadam (a): Adam Safiyullah (a) is Mustoda nabi. His era re-occurs at interval of every 60,000 years. Our Aadam Safiyullah (a) has came 7,000 years back and Imam Quaim (ala'zikre'his'salam) will come before the 8,000th year starting from Aadam Safiyullah (a). When Imam Quaim (a.z.h.) will come the era of Prophet Mohammed (Shariyat-e-Mohammadi) will be ceased in practice and new Shariyat of Imam Quaim will start.
Aadam of our era: His real name is Tekhoom ibn Molana Bahla (a). Molana Bahla is the Mustakar Imam and his son and brother of Aadam is Molana Hunaid (a). Molana Hunaid (a) is the successor of Molana Bahla (a). So, during the life of Aadam (a), Molana Hunaid (a) was the Mustakar Imam and Molana Aadam was Mustoda Imam/Nabi.
In the honour of Imam Hunaid (a) our country was named as Hindustaan.
Case of Aadam (a): He was advised not to reveal the name of his successor. Harris bin Murra was the parliamentarian in the court of Aadam (a), he lied and conned Aadam to reveal the name, in the state of con and trusting Harris ibn Murra, Aadam revealed the name of his successor to be Molana Habeel (a). Kabeel in envy, and further influenced by Harris bin Murra murdered Habeel. Aadam (a) felt guilty and went to Arafat mountain and begged for pardon, Allah pardoned Aadam, then Aadam also prayed to Allah do pardon my all offsprings (we all the childrens of Aadam), Allah asserted whoever will come here and seek pardon, I will grant him/her pardon. Harris bin Murra was expelled from the parliament (Dawat) of Aadam. Dawat is like Jannat so he was expelled from Jannat which bestowed blessings from Allah. Iblees ka matlab hota hai jo Allah ki rehamt se mayoos ho gaya. Harris bin Murra is Iblees.
Parallel in Jannat: Allah gave birth to only Ruhani aalam. In it gave birth to 'Okool', plural of 'Akal'. They are also referred by others as 'Kalam' (pen). Allah gave birth to ten 'Okool'. The numeric/ digit one to nine i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 all are of different shapes but the digit 10 and number onwards are of similar shapes. The first nine 'Akal' were singular and the tenth Akal was in the form of group. 'Akal' means intellect. Akal-a-Awwal compared himself and others and inferred: I have not given birth to myself and neither others were born by themselves. There must be someone who gave us birth who is supreme i.e. Akal-a-Awwal acknowledged the Tawheed of Allah. On it he was rewarded and his status was escalated over others. Akal-a-Sani followed the suite of Akal-a-awwal and his status too was raised. Akal-a-Awwal was a leader (a type of Imam) and Akal-a-Sani was his deputy like Mohammed (s) : Mola Ali (a). They both did Daawat (invitation) to other 'Okool', they all acknowledged Tawheed and were elevated in the status. The tenth Akal, was in form of group, some among them willingly acknowledged Tawheed and the leadership of Akal-a-Awwal (AAA) and his deputy Akal-a-Sani (AAS), however some among them got envy with AAA and AAS, some were in between; mediocre. So, collectively they all were not in unison. They all have free-will. The good Akal in the group appealed and convinced the mediocre, they got convinced but those 'Okool' who were anti and were not getting agreed for collectively offer pardon to Allah, AAA & AAS. Punishment was issued, in mean time almost all of them collectively got ready for Tawheed and leadership of AAA & AAS. Their pardon was delayed and punishment was verdicted. However considering their appeal for pardon; they were pardoned but after completing the term. In the fear of punishment they all ran out of Jannat, when they ran they took three dimensional (3D) form - length, bredth and width. Now, the spritual component is changed in material component. AAA & AAS did the settings for bringing them back to Jannat. "Aashir Mudabbir" was appointed leader and he later managed with the help of AAA & AAS to build system so all can return back to Jannat. Because of this happening we say we came from Jannat and will return back to it. From some component especially from the 'good Akal' good things were made Sun, Moon, Earth, etc. The bad/villain Akal in the group is referred as Satan (Shaitan). There is no single party (no single man or single Jinn) called as Shaitan. All humans or Jinns that have consumed things made from those 'bad Akal' component in the form of food, beverages, noise, visual pictures, etc have proportionate component of Shaitan in them. Shaitan is found in all act/food stuff marked as 'Haram' like: alcohol, tobaco, pig flesh, etc. The component of 'good Akal' are find in all Halal food.
Sheikh Ahmed Ali Raj said, the single most important lesson I learnt in my eniter life is: This world is like 'Guest House', our real house is there in Jannat. A guest house has register to record "Aaya", "Gaya" = date of birth, date of death. (To do only such type of deeds in this world that will take us to our real home i.e. Jannat. Also the belongins of Guest house is not owned by guest, so we have to get out from here empty hand).
Our soul is conversion of our body's material component into spirtual component. Remeber, our original state was spirit (the 'good Akal'). When we die our soul goes back to Jannat-al Mawa, the original place from where we came.
The parallel that is drawn in reference to Aadam is: (1) The tenth intellect (Akal-a-Aashir) was in Jannat i.e. good Akal (Aadam), mediocre Akal, and lastly the bad Akal (Shaitan) - all were in Jannat. The bad Akal (Shaitan) in their envy nullified effort of Aadam (good and mediocre Akal)to offer Tawheed and acknowledgement to AAA & AAS. (2) Good Akal (Aadam) was thrown from Paradise and so was Bad Akal (Shaitaan). (3) Aadam (Good Akal) apologies were accepted and was pardoned so he will return back to Paradise but the Shaitan (Bad Akal) will not, they will forever be out of Jannat (on the expiry of Earth, they will be converted in black smoke and be locked in 'Rahoo - Ketu'.
Aadam will remain alive in the form of his kids and Shaitan will remain alive in form of his kids. Iblees, as same single human / same single jinn will not remain alive forever. Aadam and Iblees both came opposite to each other. If Allah gives life till eternity to Shaitan then the call of justice is that Aadam (a) too must be given equal footing. If Aadam died then Iblees of his age too must die after living is his age. Hence proved, that Isnashari Shia contention is incorrect when they claim that that Iblees which was opposite to Aadam (a) is still alive. When it is said that Allah gave 'mohlat' to Shaitan till the Qayamat, it means the material of 'bad Akal' will be present on the Earth till the last day, so Shaitan will be alive in the form of those humans who are eating or are getting influenced by the Haram things.
Quran miracle: Only Dawoodi Bohras Ismailiya Shia are of the firm belief that Quran can be inferred in too many ways. Quran answers according to the intellect of wisdom seekers. To less intellect it teaches via stories and examples, to advance level students it teaches via faculty of "Batin", to further upper level by faculty of "Haqiqat", to further upper level bu faculty of "Dakikat", to further by faculty of "Dakikat of Dakikat"... Imam Jaffer Sadik (a) said we can present inferences/deductions of single Aayat of Quran in 7 ways, in 70 ways, in 700 ways. Because of above characteristic no one is past forteen (1400) years could have produce even one Aayat similar to that of Quran. Only we Dawoodi Bohras believe in the above characteristic of Quran. Non-DB believes in opposite to above characterisitcs of Quran. Non Bohras believe that Quran has only one open and explicit meaning and it has no hidden meaning and it can be inferred in only one way which is explicit in first reading by men of common intellect. Should non-Bohras be believed then any enemy of Islam can produce any Aayat similar to Quran, indeed anyone can produces book like Quran - in this case enemies of Islam defeated the challenge of Quran. It is impossible and no one can beat the challenge of Quran - this state can only be true if one acknowledges character of Quran per Bohras dimension. Hence proved, only Dawoodi Bohras Ismailiya Shia is the only coorect true sect of Islam. -------------------------------------------------------
Characteristics of Mustakar Imam: They are born as Imam, they are the supreme authority, infalliable, Masoom, he cannot make any mistakes, knows all faculties of knowledge, he know past; present and future and he is omnipotent. Son after father, this chain of Mustakar Imam will run without break, they go to seclusion (purdah) and otherwise as and when they deem fit. Example of Mustakar Imams) Nabi Ibrahim (a), Imam Ismail (a) ibn Prophet Ibrahim (a), Imam Molana Abi Talib (a), Molana Hussain (a), Imam Ismail (a) ibn Imam Jaffer Sadik (a), Imam Tayyeb (a), etc - this chain will keep on running without break till the last moment of humans on Earth. Present Imam-uz-zaman is Mustakar Imam and he is in seclusion (pardah), we cannot see them but they do their job; in night though we cannot see sun but it is present and does it job. They live their life and die, when they die they take arwah (rooh) of all 'guzarnaar' mumineen with them to Jannat-al-Mawa.
Mustoda Imam's/Nabi: are a rank below Mustakar Imam. Example) Imam Hasan (a) is Mustoda Imam, Prophet Isaac ibn Prophet Ibrahim (a) is the Mustoda Nabi.
Coming back to Aadam (a): the discriptions about Aadam (a) in Quran can be inferred and many ways. Above is one of such ways, there are many more information that can be learned from Quran about Aadam (a) and I am illiterate about them.
Q22.) WHY IMAM MEHDI BILLAH KILLED HIS OWN DAI ABDULLAH AS HE IS THE ONE PERSON WHO HAS PREPARED STRONG STONES IN FATIMID DYNASTY?
Once we have Come to know that the person whom we have firm faith that he is rightful Imam from Ahlebait Mohammed (s) then it is mandatory for us to believe in his all action as ILHAM of Allah swt. The story of Hazrat Musa A.S. And Hazrat Khizer (a) is a good example for us .
Now so far as Hazrat Imam Mehdi Billah (a) killing of his own Dai Hazrat Abdullah r.a. is concerned it has been written in Holy book that anybody rejects rightful Imam a.s. or nourishes any malice thoughts or conspiracy for him or associate another person with his Imamat then all his good deeds will never benefit him spiritually though s/he may get full reward in this wordily life. In Holy book Allah swt says Faman Yakfur Bil Eemane faqad habeta amalahoo anybody rejects Eeman his/her (Good) deeds will be null and void.
And in battle of Khandaq Huzur s.a.w.w. said while Maluae Kaenat s.a. Was going to fight Amar Bin Abdewad L.A. "Barazal Eemano Kullohoov Elal kufre Kullehee”: Perfect iman has emerged to perfect kufra. So Huzur s.a.w.w. addressed Maulae Qaenat Ali (a) as perfect iman and any one rejects him or rightful Imam a.s. From his Holy progeny his her deeds will be null and void. It is like virus in computer we have to shut it altogether when we feel some virus in it. In the same way Hazrat Imam Mehdee Billah a.s saw that the person whose iman and services to rightful Imam a.s. was unique and excellent and his heart is going to be infected by malice and bad thoughts about rightful imam a.s. He a.s. Immediately decided to kill him so that he should die with the pure love, iman and complete faith in the rightful imam and he should get his full reward for all his services spiritually. That was also the case with Jabir Bin Abduullahil Ansari r.a. when he doubted Suleh of Hazrat Imam Hasan a.s with Miaviyah and by Dua of Hazrat Imam Hasan a.s., Huzur s.a.w.w. appeared on the cloud and endorsed the action of Hazrat Imam Hasan a.s.
Hazrat Imam Mehdi Billah a.s. Recited Fateha on the grave of Dai Abdullah r.a. and prayed Mercy and forgiveness of Allah swt for him and thus saved him losing all his rewards spiritually . At the same time Hazrat Imam a.s. sent Allah's Lanat on his brother who was also killed and who misled the Dai.

He has undoubtedly done good work.
Islam says, the charity should be from the money that you earned by your labour and sweat from "halal" pursuits. Hence, his good work will be rewarded in this world only, e.g. bestowing him with material rewards and respect. But this act has no bearing of fruits of "akhirat", no spiritual rewards.
Q24.) MEANING OF "SUBHANA RABBIKA RABBIL IZZATE..." THIS DUA IS RECITED AFTER EVERY FARZ SALAAT.IT IS CHERRY PICKED VERSES OF QURAN?
Subhana rabbika rabbil izzati an ma yasifoon = glory to your lord, (and) the lord’s might, (which is) beyond what they have been able to describe. (Quran 37:180).
Wa salaamun alal-mursaleen = And salaams to messengers.
Wa l-hamdu li-llahi rabbil-aalameen = praise be to allah, lord of the worlds.
Hasbunallahu wa ni’amal wakeel = allah (alone) is sufficient and the best of disposers (Quran 3:173).
Wa tabarakal-llahu ahsanul-kaliqeen = and blessed be Allah, the best of creators (Quran 23:14).
Wa la haw la wa la quwwata illa billahi-l-aliyyil-azeem = there is no strength nor power except through allah, the exalted and the mighty.
Rabbana taqabbal minna salaatana wa dua’ana = our lord, accept our salaat and dua (Quran 14:40).
Ya rabbana ya mawlana, innaka antas samiul aleem = O, our lord, our master, you are all-hearing and omniscient (Quran 2:127).
Wa la tadrib bihima wujuhana ya ilaahal alameen wa ya khyran naaseereen, bi rahamatka, ya arhamar raahimeen = And, through your mercy, O most merciful lord, do not reject (lit. hit our faces with these two, salaat and dua) our prayers, O God of the worlds and the best of helpers.
Q25.) MEANING OF DAY, ""HADHIHI AS-SALAAT"?
Dua (Hadhihi as-salaat) is offered with a variation of sujood. Instead of touching floor with the brow and nose, floor is touched with either cheek. I guess that this is to make it clear that supplication is to humans and not to Allah. Sujood, normally only for Allah, would not be appropriate as the dua is addressed to Prophet and his daughter.
Hadhihi salaat meaning:
Hadhihi as-salaat = This prayer
Fa hiya = It is
Hadiyyatun minni ilayka, ya mawlana Muhammad = a gift from me to you, O Mawlana Muhammad
Wa ilayki, ya mawlatina Fatema = and (a gift) to you,
O Mawlatina Fatema
Taqabbaluha minni = accept it from me
Wa daaifu-li biha = and through it, reward me
al-adafa al-jazeela = rewards in profusion
Q26.) WHY WE OFFER "WASHEQ" AND "NABI KE NAAM"?
“Washsheq” in fact is the distorted word of the actual word waseeque (وثیق) which means to bind strongly. This explanation was provided by Janab Sheikh Ahmad Ali Saheb. The root word is وثق from which the word meesaque is derived.
Odd numbered nights are important in the light of sayings of prophet (saws) in which he says that seek ‘Lailatul Qadr’ in the odd nights of the last ten days. In this month (Ramdan),Allah showers His bounties on us and rewards every single good deed 70 times over, because His bounties abound in this month hence, we should try to pray as much as possible.
Every Muslim/Momin always prays the obligatory five prayers a day, but there should be more effort from us. Keeping this in mind perhaps our elders (dai) devised this namaz (Washeq), because this is a ‘nafil’ namaz therefore recited without Imamat.
Good days do not last long, and we realize this not at the beginning but some way down the line. Oh! half the Ramdan just gone by and we have done so little to please our Lord, therefore after half the Ramdan is over we start our ‘Washiq’ nights. We pray not just two rakat; but 24 to put an extra effort. As the saying goes want more then put in more efforts.
In ‘Nabi ke naam’, what we do is we send ‘darood’ on all the previous prophets as well as ours, who strived hard to spread the deen and then pray two rakats to earn more reward (fazl and sawab) from Him.
So the sum and substance is that we do these to earn more from Allah and seek forgiveness.
Q27.) MEANING OF DAILY RAMDAN TASBEEH: "ALLAHUMMA INNA HAADA SHAHRO RAMZAN..."?
Allhumma inna haadha shahru Ramadan al-ladhee unzila feehil Qurana hudan linnaasi wa bayyinaatin minal hudaa wal furqaan O Allah this is the month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Quran as a guidance to people with clear signs and arguments.
Allahumma baarik lanaa fee shahri Ramadan wa 'a-inna 'alayhi wa taqabbalhu minnaa O Allah increase Your blessings upon us during this month, help us to observe its requirements and accept our prayers and supplications.
Innaka 'alaa kulle shayin qadeer Indeed You have power over everything
Laa ilaaha illallaah. Astaghfirullaah. Allahumma innee asalokal jannata wa 'aoodhu beka minan-naar There is no God other than Allah. I seek forgiveness from Allah. I ask You O Allah to include me among those deserving paradise and to deliver me from the fire (of hell).
Q28.) TRANSLATION OF IFTAR DUA, "ALLAHUMMA YA MU'TI-USSUWALAAT...”
Allahumma ya mu'ti-ussuwalaat Allah, O grantor of prayers
Wa ya wali ar-raghabaat Custodian of desires
Wa ya munaffisal kurubaat Dispeller of worries
Wa ya kaafi al hammi wal ghammi; Ya hannaanu ya mannaan Protector from grief and distress; The Compassionate; Bestower of blessings
Ya dhal jalaali wal ikraam Most Glorious and Most Generous
Ya man 'aata khayra maa fee khazaa-enihil eemaana bihee qablas-sawaal One who dispenses imaan, the most precious gift from His treasures without even being asked
Laa tamna'naa aqalla maa fee khazaa-enikal 'afwa ma'as-sawaal Do not withhold from us forgiveness, the lease of the gifts from your treasures, when we beseech you for it
Ilaahi as-aluka an tusallee 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'alaa aali Muhammad My God, I invoke blessings upon Muhammad and upon the progeny of Muhammad
Wa an taghfir lana wa an tarhamna wa an tu'aafeena min sakhatik Forgive us and shower Your mercy on us, and save us from Your wrath
Wa 'an taqdhee 'annad-dayna bi rahmatik Help us discharge our debts with Your mercy
Wa 'an tatooba 'alayna innaka antat-tawaabur raheem Forgive us; You are the most merciful forgiver
Wa 'an taj'alanaa fee haadhal yawmi min 'utaqaa-ika, wa min tulaqaa-ika minan-naar Place us among those who are pious and among those whom You have saved from fire
Wa 'an laa tushmit binaa 'uduwwan wa laa haasidan bi rahmatika ya arhamar raahimeen O most merciful, with Your mercy, do not let enemies, nor the jealous rejoice on account of our misfortunes
Allahumma laka sumnaa wa bika aamanna wa 'alaa rizqika aftarnaa, fa taqabbal-hu minnaa Allah, we fasted for You, and we have faith in You and it is with Your bounty (rizq) that we break our fast. So accept this fast from us.
Dhahabaz-zamaa-u wam talaa'atil 'urooq Thirst has vanished and body (literal: veins) is satiated
Wa baqiya ajr-u insha Allahu ta'aala And the reward will come, if Allah wills.
Q29.) HOW "SEHRI (SUHOOR) TIME END" IS DETERMINED?
Sehri Ka waqt sab jagah ek jaisa nahi hota masalan (example) Hindustan me maximum 14 - 15 hours Ka din hota he usse 12 se divide krenge to approximately 70-80 minutes hote he; isiliye Bohra Momineen Sunrise se 1hour 15 minutes pehle tak sehri kite he.
Hindustan me sabse chhota din minimum 9-10 hours Ka hota hy isiliye 10 hours divide by 12 = 50 minutes hote he, isiliye Sunrise se 50 minutes pehle Fajr Ka Farz nahi padhte. Sunnat padh sakte hy,is tarah har country Ka sehri wa Fajr Ka waqt alag - alag hoga example kisi country Ka din 20 hours Ka hy to 20/12 = 100 minutes = 1 hour 40 minutes pehle tak Sehri kr sakte.
Q30.) Were minarates part of designs of mosques built by fatimi imams & Prophet mohammad (pbuh) & bohras in general?
The mosques built by Fatimi Imams a.s. did not have Minarets, Minarates was not in the Fatimid Designs. Al Azhar Mosque commissioned by Ammer al Mumineen Syyedna Imam Moiz a.s. and built by Syyedi Jawhar al Siqilli had no Minaret. Likewise, the Mosque Al-Aqmar built by Ameer al Mumineen Syyedna Imam Aamir bi'Ahkam Allah had no minarates in the original make of the mosque. The minates we now see in the Al-Aqmar mosque was built later in the time by some non-Fatimid. All the Fatimid Mosques in Egypt were without Minarets in our Fatimi Imam’s time.
The first known minaret appeared in the early 9th century it’s an Abbasid Culture, and these were not widely used until the 11th century. They started having a minaret placed in the middle of the wall opposite the qibla wall. The mischief attached with minarate is the one who climb on it can visually trespass in the houses of others.
Much latter these Mosques went under restoration and reconstruction in different styles from early Mumluk period till our modern times. The Mosques were expanded and the Abassid, Byzantine, Coptic, and Ottoman styles became Amalgamated in designs. Today there are over 14,000 Mosques in and around Egypt excluding only a handful all have Minarets. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- During the extension of Jamarat bridge in valley of muna, Makkah while excavating they found an old mosque. This mosque was built by Ammer al Mumineen Molana Imam Mustansir'billah a.s., this is engraved on stone on the wall. It's a small mosque with capacity of 50 people. This mosque have no minarets. Luckily the current Saudiya Government has preserved the mosque.
