3oth Dai, Syedna Ali Shamsuddin (R. A) remained for one year and passed away in Yemen.
31st Dai, Syedna Qasim Khan Zainuddin (R. A) was in the descendence of Syedi Hasan Peer (Q. A). Though, there were not any tragic event or sedition during his period, but irt was not completely peaceful. Groups of jealous and bigoted enemies were dissatisfied with the state of peacefulness attained by Moomineen as aresult of Royal Farmans the emperor Akbar and the emperor Jahangir. Though they were compelled to obey the orders of these emperors, they are at ambuscade to molest Moomineen and their Dai. These compressed passions of jealousy and hostility exploded in the period of Syedna Qutubuddin (R. A), the noble son of Syedna Dawood ibne Qutub shah to whom the emperor Akbar and the emperor Jahangir granted their Royal Farmans. During the period of Syedna Zainuddin (R. A), Dawat was facing many difficulties including that of debt as a large sum of money was used to protect Dawat and it's followers from the hostilities of bigoted rulers. Syedna Ismail Budruddin did great Khidmat in this regard eased the burden of debt and obtained the pleasure and Doa Mubarak of Syedna Zainuddin. During the period of Syedna Qasim Khan Zainuddin (R. A), Shah Jahan was the emperor of Indian subcontinent. Among the deputies of Ahmedabad were Baqir Khan, Sipah dar Khan, and Azam Khan. English trading post was established at Bengal in 1633. King Louis xiii of France died in 1643 and he was succeeded by his five years old son Louis xiv who remained upto 1715. Ming dynasty of China ended and Manchu dynasty came to power.
